Academic Counseling on the Implementation of the Student Exchange Program in IIUM, Malaysia

The reporting of the Student Exchange Program to Malaysia 2025 is structured as part of academic counseling to ensure systematic guidance, accountability, and measurable outcomes of international academic engagement. This report functions not only as documentation but also as an instrument for assessment and evaluation, aligning the program implementation with institutional objectives and global academic standards. By integrating academic counseling into the reporting process, the institution ensures that the exchange activities are monitored, reviewed, and continuously improved.

The program was carried out with the participation of five study programs: Entrepreneurship, Digital Business, Retail Management, Information Systems, and Computer Systems. Each program contributed to the achievement of specific Learning Outcomes, including enhanced cross-cultural competencies, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the application of knowledge in an international context. The evaluation results demonstrate that students gained both academic and professional benefits, while the assessment highlighted areas for further development to strengthen future student exchanges.
